The product or design compliance audits verify the organisational part and the components of a product, the fundamental part of the quality process in a network-based system.

The objectives

To compare the offer with the service production process based on predetermined standards. product or design compliance audit is used in network-based systems when it is necessary to verify that the standards chosen  for the client environment and service procedure are fully respected.

The result

A methodical study is carried out in the open followed by an immediate and in-depth debriefing with the manager. After their visit, MKG Qualiting provides a full report identifying all the elements that are not in compliance. Observations and photos of the non-compliant item or service help the reasons to be clearly identified, and corrective actions to be taken.
The following aspects are verified: respect of the visual and graphic identity chart of the company, marketing material and gifts, cleanliness, maintenance, the characteristics of the market product identified, respect of schedules and procedures.
